A Galatians Christmas – Week 2. Galatians 4:1-5 ESV

Last week we learned about God's sovereignty over time and space. This morning we take a deep look into God's grace. The reality of the Gospel is that Jesus did not HAVE to die for us. God did not even have to show us MERCY. Out of HIS grace and love He decided to do something about our self-inflicted situation and sent Jesus at JUST the right time for our good

Reflection Questions:

  1. Why do you think Jesus chose to be born into poverty? Why did He associate with fishermen, tax collectors, and sinners? What does it look like to follow His example in today's culture?

  2. Aside from your salvation, has there ever been a time in your life where you experienced God's marvelous grace? When is the last time you told someone - even an unbeliever - about that? Why not do it TODAY.
