“The Power Of The Gospel”
The book of Romans is one of the most theologically dense books of the entire Bible. There are so many amazing doctrines and divine truths found within its verses. There is also no clearer explanation and application of the Gospel than that which is found in its 16 chapters. Today we begin a BRAND NEW verse-by-verse study of Romans and we will find out not only just how sinful we are but also how gracious our God is.
Reflection Questions:
1. What does it mean that we are made "righteous" through "faith in Jesus Christ?"
2. Do you call Jesus your "Lord" and "Master?" Are there any areas of your life you struggle to surrender to Him? How can you begin to trust Him with those areas?
3. Do you try to "blend in" with the world or are you unashamed about your relationship with Jesus? On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being rarely, 10 being a weekly basis), how often do you talk about Jesus at work, school, with family, friends, or even strangers?.
